A wallet address is a unique string of characters that identifies your cryptocurrency wallet. It's like a bank account number for crypto. Each cryptocurrency has its own address format - for example, Monero (XMR) addresses typically start with "4" and are 95 characters long.
The recipient address is the wallet address where you want to receive your exchanged cryptocurrency. Make sure to enter the correct address for the coin you're receiving - sending to the wrong address type will result in lost funds.
Most exchanges are completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The exact time depends on the cryptocurrencies involved and network congestion. Some coins require more blockchain confirmations than others. Monero transactions typically complete within 20-30 minutes due to its privacy features.
A transaction hash (or TX hash) is a unique identifier assigned to every blockchain transaction. It's a long string of letters and numbers that allows you to track and verify your transaction on the blockchain explorer.
The transaction ID is the unique identifier for your exchange on MoneroSwapper. You receive this ID when you create an exchange, and you can use it to track the status of your swap on our platform using the Swapper Tracker.
No. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast to the network and included in a block, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Please always double-check your wallet addresses before confirming an exchange.
If you send more than the specified amount, the exchange will process using the amount you actually sent (within limits). If you send less than the minimum amount, please contact support with your transaction ID for assistance.

We don't charge separate deposit or withdrawal fees. However, blockchain network fees (miner fees) are included in the transaction. These fees go to the network miners, not to us.
We aggregate rates from multiple major cryptocurrency exchanges in real-time to offer you competitive rates. The rate you see when creating an exchange is the rate you'll receive, protected from market volatility during the swap.
Yes, there are minimum amounts for each cryptocurrency pair to ensure the exchange covers network fees. Maximum amounts may also apply depending on liquidity. You'll see the min/max limits displayed on the exchange form.
